A single ‘one off’ house designed for a private client. The site is located at the rear of a Conservation Area and presents an opportunity to design a building of a fresh, contemporary appearance free from the established context of the Conservation Area.

Timber frame technology will be used in the construction so that the building fabric can be manufactured from sustainable sources. Renewable energy and C02 neutral energy are proposed to assist in heating the building.
