Highbury Park is a mixed used building with Office use on the ground floor and 3 floors of Residential use above. The elevations were cleverly designed so that where the neighbouring buildings have 2 floors; the new building has 3, providing additional floor area for 1 more apartment. JBA provided Architectural services under a Design and Build contract and also carried out Interior Design and Contract Administration services for a bespoke Office on the ground floor.
