Brangwyns Acre is an exclusive development of 4 new build houses and a barn conversion into 2 houses. The site lies between a Conservation Area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The design concept was to maintain the historic character of the former farmyard by grouping the buildings around a ‘shared space’ encouraging a sense of community within the development.
